In case of different needs regarding the arrival / departure times you can request it in advance and we will be happy to satisfy your request, always based on availability
ROOM AIR CONDITIONING: in respect of the environment and energy savings, please turn off the air conditioner when you are not in the room; you will find a small user guide on the yellow sheet in the room.
To prevent the machine from going into stand-by: only the SUN symbol during the winter // only the SNOW symbol during the summer // Please notice: with A or AUTO the machine goes into standby.
Mini guide to the USE OF THE AIR CONDITIONER:
By opening the door of the remote control you can select the desired mode, simply pressing the “mode” button several times;

SWIMMING POOL: is available to guests every day from 8:00 to 20:00;
if you do not have a cap and beach towels, you can ask the staff, we will be happy to provide you with them based on availability; it is recommended to take a shower before diving to preserve the clarity of the water. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult; in the event of a storm, imminent arrival or in progress, it is a good idea not to dive.
From 20:00 to 08:00 the swimming pool is not open to the guests of the agritourism.
PIC-NIC AREA: two workstations equipped with tables and chairs are available for the possible consumption of meals, one of which is illuminated on request; outside the entrance gate you will find the signs with “Pic Nic Area”
WI-FI: the Internet line is free nearby throughout the structure.
The Internet connection, free for you, is provided by Linkem; any fluctuations in the signal do not depend on us, remembering that we are immersed in the beautiful Apulian countryside, far away from wiring areas.
4-PAWED GUESTS are welcome in the structure, but they cannot be left alone in the room for a long time, as they must be led on a leash, for their well-being and respect for other guests.
ROOMS: please do not smoke inside the rooms (they are all non-smoking); there are ashtrays on each outside table in front of the rooms. The bed linen is changed every 3 days; bathroom linen change takes place every 2 days; in case you want an additional change, the costs are as follows:
-Bed set: euro 4.00 per person
-Bath set: euro 4.00 per person.
The position of the beds must be kindly left unchanged, to avoid damage to sockets or objects in the room.
BREAKFAST: breakfast is a sweet buffet and is served in one of the two breakfast rooms from 8:00 to 10:00. It normally consists of: milk, coffee, fruit juice, yogurt, cereals, homemade biscuits, local bread, rusks, jams of our production, various sweets, homemade cakes, seasonal fruit….

In our farmhouse you can enjoy the tranquility of the Apulian countryside, among ancient olive trees and dry stone walls, where you can observe a great variety of native spontaneous flora and fauna (you can ask us for books for the recognition of plant and animal species).
The company is far from other homes and is located in the open countryside, so we advise you, precisely because it is far from sources of light pollution, to look up at the sky for at least a moment and be captivated by the magic of our wonderful starry sky.
The farm is located 7 km from the sea and 15 km from the Alta Murgia National Park.
Puglia is a land to be discovered, experienced, tasted and told, along the “Strada di Federico II”, better known as “Imperial Puglia”, which quickly and evocatively identifies the area of the municipalities of Andria, Barletta, Bisceglie, Canosa di Puglia, Corato, Margherita di Savoia, Minervino Murge, San Ferdinando in Puglia, Spinazzola, Trani and Trinitapoli.
